Fees and payment policy

Programme fee

• The full fee for the Professional Certificate Programme in AI Product Design and Agentic AI is ₹1,50,000. No GST on the programme fee.
• For Cohort 1, a one-time payment can come down to ₹1,20,000 at the lowest, through credits you earn and the scholarship band from your evaluation. The exact amount is in your offer.
• Credits and scholarships apply only to one-time payment and have no cash value.
• Scholarships are limited for each cohort and are held for those who confirm first.

Booking your seat

• Once you accept your offer, pay ₹10,000 to book your seat. It counts towards your fee.
• One-time payment: the balance is due by 27 Dec 2026, eight days before the course starts on 4 Jan 2027.
• Instalments: hand in all 4 post-dated cheques before the course starts on 4 Jan 2027. [confirm how the seat booking is adjusted against the cheques, and the cheque dates]

Paying in instalments

• 4 cheques of ₹37,500 (total ₹1,50,000), at the full fee. Launch offer, credits and scholarships don't apply.
• Please make sure funds are available on each cheque date.
• If a cheque is dishonoured, please pay that instalment by another method within 7 days. A charge of [₹ amount] covers the bank costs. [confirm]

How to pay

• Bank transfer, UPI or cheque to Studio Incubator's official account, or a payment link we send you. [confirm accepted methods]
• We'll never ask for card or bank details in chat, on WhatsApp or by phone. If anyone does, please tell us.
• You'll get a receipt by email for every payment within 2 working days.

Other costs

• Optional AI-first UI/UX crash course: ₹20,000, plus GST if applicable. Not part of the programme fee.
• Your own AI tool subscriptions (for example a ChatGPT or Claude plan): about ₹2,000–4,000 a month. Not included in the fee.
• A laptop for studio sessions. [confirm minimum specification]
