About these terms

These terms apply to the Studio Incubator website, your account, and the Professional Certificate Programme in AI Product Design and Agentic AI. Studio Incubator is run by the team behind Qquench Media Private Limited, Pune. By creating an account or booking your seat, you agree to them.

Eligibility and your account

• The programme is for applicants aged 18 or over.
• The details you give us must be true. We verify every account request (including your LinkedIn profile) before sharing a password.
• Your account is for you alone. Please don't share your password or the programme materials inside it.
• Selection is by fit. We may decline or withdraw an application if information turns out to be untrue.

In the studio

• Be on time and take part in your pod. Attendance at studio sessions is part of completing the programme.
• Using AI is allowed throughout the programme and expected. Hiding it is not. The application assessment is the one place where we ask for your own words without AI.
• Treat fellow learners, faculty and the studio with respect. We may remove a learner for serious misconduct, without a refund.

Recording and course materials

• Please don't record video or audio, or take screenshots, of studio sessions, other learners or faculty.
• Course materials, templates, videos and briefs are for your own learning and skill growth. Please don't share, sell or republish them.
• Some capstone briefs come from real client work. You'll be asked to keep those details confidential.

Your work

• You keep the work you create. Where a capstone uses a confidential brief, the full work stays private, and a public case study is cleared by the studio before you share it.
• Employers can verify your Studio Project Record with us only when you give them your record ID.

Certificate

You receive a professional certificate from Studio Incubator after passing the three gate reviews and the final board defence. It is a professional certificate, not a degree or a government-accredited qualification.

Photos and videos

We take photos and short videos in the studio. We use your photo, video or comments in our promotional material only if you've given separate consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time for future use.

Changes to the programme

We may update tools, modules, faculty or the schedule to keep the programme current. We'll tell you in advance. Date changes are covered in the cancellation and refund policy.

Career support

We help with your portfolio, profile and interview practice, and share openings from companies that come to us to hire. Hiring decisions are always made by employers.

Liability and disputes

• We work hard to keep information on this website accurate; if something is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Pune have jurisdiction.
• If you have a concern, please talk to us first: we'd rather fix it together.
