Who we are

Studio Incubator, 101 Anushree Apartment, Ghole Road, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005, run by the team behind Qquench Media Private Limited. We decide how your personal data is used and are responsible for it.

What we collect, and why

• Account request: first and last name, email, mobile number, LinkedIn profile link and your background, to verify that you're a genuine applicant and to contact you about the programme.
• Readiness session booking: name, mobile, email and the date you choose, to confirm your place and send reminders.
• Application assessment: your answers and short video answer, to evaluate your application and set your scholarship band.
• Payments: amounts, dates, cheque details and receipts, to manage your fee and meet tax and accounting rules. Card and bank logins are handled by your bank or payment provider; we never see or store them.
• Chat with SIA: your questions and SIA's answers, to help you and to improve SIA's answers.
• Website use: basic analytics about pages visited and devices, to improve the site.
• Photos and videos in the studio: used in our promotional material only with your separate consent.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run the website, email, the learning platform, the SIA chat and payments, under agreements to keep your data safe.
• Employers, only when you give them your Studio Project Record ID to verify your work.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.
• We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

• If you don't join: up to 2 years after your last contact with us, so we can let you know about future cohorts. Then it's deleted.
• If you join: for 7 years after the programme ends, so we can verify your certificate and meet accounting rules.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• See the personal data we hold about you, and correct anything that's wrong.
• Ask us to delete your data, or withdraw a consent (for example for photos), any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
• Write to our grievance contact below. We'll reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

We use access controls, encrypted connections and limited staff access. Our parent company works to ISO 27001 information security practices. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Age

Our programmes are for people aged 18 or over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
